Avarcas containing jute might experience some fibre loosing due to its natural handmade braiding, this is expected and it is not a product defect.

Avarca Pons UK accepts return of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged product for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase for normal orders or 30 days of shipping for pre-orders.

 

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless the item purchased has arrived damaged. 

 

All returns need to be completed with the original box, tags and/or packaging intact. 

 

Customer is responsible for shipping costs. 

 

In the unlikely case that you receive damaged goods, we will happily exchange it within 30 days of original purchase and cover shipment costs.

All our avarcas are handmade in Spain, therefore the original size is in EU format. The table below provides the approximate size according to UK standards. If you are unsure of your usual EU size, we recommend to measure your feet (from heel to toes) and compare against the measurements in inches/cm from below. Use this information to select the relevant size.
